Note: Avery 5162, Avery 5262, Avery 5962, Avery 8162, and Avery 8462 produce 14 labels per sheet and are not compatible with Breeze at this time. By default the size is Avery 5260 (30 mailing labels per sheet) but by clicking the "change" button you can choose from a variety of different sizes. You can choose which size you would like your mailing label to be on. Select one of the provided templates or use the "custom" option to define your own template.
Click the pencil icon in the bottom left corner of the window.Select "Mailing Labels" from the dropdown list.Pull up the list of people you'd like to create mailing labels for (by running an advanced search, searching by tag, or another method).Additionally, mailing labels print in all Caps to comply with USPS regulations. do not support the mailing label format used. At this time, the file generated can only be opened in Microsoft Word (both PC and Mac) as alternate programs such as Pages, Open Office, etc. Mailing labels download in Microsoft Word format.
